Snagger - Caravan Manufacturing\n\n📍 Location: HU7\n\n💷 Pay Rate: £14.44 per hour\n\n🕒 Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 5:45pm\n\nWe are currently recruiting an experienced Snagger to join a leading caravan manufacturer based in HU7. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail who takes pride in identifying defects, ensuring high‑quality finishes, and supporting a smooth production process within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nInspect completed caravan units to identify snagging issues and defects\nCarry out minor remedial works to ensure units meet quality standards\nCheck finishes across interiors and exteriors, including fixtures, fittings, and joins\nReport faults clearly and accurately to relevant departments\nWork from quality checklists, drawings, and specifications\nEnsure all work meets company quality, safety, and presentation standards\nSupport production targets while maintaining a high level of attention to detail\nCollaborate with trades and production teams to resolve issues efficiently\nMaintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nPrevious experience as a Snagger or in a similar quality inspection role (essential)\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to spot defects quickly\nGood general trade knowledge (carpentry, fitting, finishing advantageous)\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nGood understanding of health & safety within a manufacturing or construction environment\nReliable, punctual, and committed to high‑quality standardsAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
