Job Title: Senior Administrator Location: London Contract: Permanent, full-time WFH: 4 days in the office / 5 days to start while in training
Role Overview A varied Senior Administrator role providing proactive support to a busy internal team. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to a busy team and senior stakeholders
Manage shared inboxes and respond to a wide range of queries
Prepare, format and proofread documents to a high standard
Maintain accurate internal records, trackers and databases
Coordinate meetings, manage calendars and arrange bookings
Support reporting processes and assist with general documentation
Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines, escalating where necessary
Handle correspondence and internal communications efficiently
Assist with ongoing administrative projects and process improvements
Provide additional support to senior staff when required, including cover during absences
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection procedures
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements Essential
Previous experience in an administrative role within a professional environment
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
Confident working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Good standard of education (including English and Maths or equivalent)
