Quantity Surveyor

PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to Join their Commercial team on a permanent basis. This role with be a project based out of their Northampton office working across projects across Anglian Water. \n\nQuantity Surveyor Roles and Responsibilities\n\nEnsure robust, accurate and timely cost and value reporting at both project and business unit levels\nEnsure accurate cash flow reporting takes place\nCarry out cost management, including forecasting\nUpdate the monthly CVR, cost and commercial plan\nAccurate monthly forecasting\nAbility to challenge resources and costs\nMaintain deadlines in line with the monthly commercial calendarQuantity Surveyor Requirements\n\nBSc in Quantity Surveying or similar commercial related course\nNEC Contract experience is Essential\nPrevious experience in the construction industry\nAbility to demonstrate a good knowledge of monthly reporting and earned value analysis.\nHave knowledge and experience in estimation and cost analysis.\nExcellent communication, numeric and computer literacy skills, proficient in Microsoft Office\nValid driving licenceQuantity Surveyor Benefits\n\nSalary - £40,000 - £60,000 DOE\nBased in Northampton\nCompany Car or Car Allowance\n25 days annual leave in addition to 8 public bank holidays and loyalty days\nCompany pension\nLife Assurance\nPrivate MedicalIf you are interested in this Quantity Surveyor role, please apply or contact Jack Brown at PSR Solutions
