The Opportunity\n\nMazco Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established precision engineering manufacturer in Gloucester for an experienced Mazak Integrex Programmer/Operator.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a modern machine shop producing high-quality precision components for a variety of industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating advanced Mazak machinery while ensuring components are manufactured to specification and quality standards.\n\nMachines\n\n * Mazak Integrex Horizontal Lathe\n\n * Mazak Quick Turn Nexus 250MY-2\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Programming, setting, and operating Mazak CNC machines\n\n * Creating and editing programs using Mazatrol\n\n * Producing precision components to engineering drawings and specifications\n\n * Performing first-off inspections and in-process quality checks\n\n * Selecting and setting tooling and workholding equipment\n\n * Optimising cycle times and improving manufacturing processes\n\n * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment\n\nRequirements\n\n * Proven experience programming and operating Mazak Integrex machines\n\n * Strong knowledge of Mazatrol programming\n\n * Experience with Mazak Quick Turn Nexus machines advantageous\n\n * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings\n\n * Experience working to tight tolerances\n\n * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality\n\n * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently\n\nWhat's on Offer?\n\n * Competitive pay rate of up to £22.00 per hour\n\n * Choice of Day Shift or Double Day Shift\n\n * Overtime opportunities\n\n * Modern manufacturing facility\n\n * Long-term career progression\n\n * Stable and growing business\n\nInterested?\n\nApply today or contact Mazco Recruitment for a confidential discussion about this opportunity
