I am currently working with a well-established and progressive law firm seeking to recruit an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Litigator to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.

\n\n

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident litigator who enjoys handling a broad and interesting caseload and who is keen to play an active role in the continued development of a successful disputes practice.

\n\n

The Role;

\n\n

You will work closely with experienced colleagues while managing your own varied caseload, acting for both corporate and individual clients.

\n\n

Matters will include

\n\n

:Contractual disputes

\n\n

Professional negligence claims

\n\n

Neighbour and boundary disputes

\n\n

Debt recovery and insolvency matters

\n\n

Contentious probate

\n\n

Property litigation

\n\n

Employment matters

\n\n

EL/PL claims

\n\n

The Candidate;

\n\n

A Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner with a minimum of 3 years experience dealing with a range of civil litigation matters;

\n\n

Accustomed to dealing with own caseload

\n\n
